Terms of Service

By booking with Natural State Event Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

All reservations require confirmation through phone, text, or online request. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment may be required prior to or upon delivery.

2. Cancellations & Weather Policy

We understand that weather can impact your event. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, lightning), rentals may be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellation policies may vary and will be discussed at the time of booking.

3. Delivery & Setup

We provide delivery, setup, and takedown for all rentals. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space, access, and a safe setup area. Additional fees may apply for difficult access, stairs, or extended distances.

4. Safety & Supervision

Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use. Customers agree to follow all safety instructions provided at setup. Natural State Event Rentals is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.

5. Equipment Use

All equipment must be used in a safe and appropriate manner. No roughhousing, flipping, or prohibited items (such as shoes, sharp objects, food, or drinks) are allowed inside inflatables.

6. Damage Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any damage to equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. Charges may apply for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.

7. Power & Water Requirements

Customer is responsible for providing a suitable power source within a reasonable distance of the setup area. For water units, access to a standard water source is required.

8. Liability

By renting equipment, the customer assumes all responsibility for its use and agrees to hold Natural State Event Rentals harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising during the rental period.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if terms are not followed.
